WHAT AGENTS WANT TO KNOW

What states do you refer to?
All 50 states. Benjamin is licensed in CA and AZ. For all other states, he connects clients with trusted partner agents in their local market.
What does the referral fee look like?
Standard referral agreements — typically 20 to 25% of your gross commission at closing. Negotiated directly with Benjamin before the client is introduced.
Does Benjamin give real estate advice in my market?
No. The tools are educational. Benjamin does not provide real estate advice, representation, or recommendations in states where he is not licensed. That is entirely your role.
Can my clients use the tools too?
Yes — partner agents can direct their own clients to the tools. The tools are free and educational. Any leads generated through your referral link are attributed to you.
What if the client wants mortgage help?
Benjamin is a licensed MLO in Arizona only. For clients needing mortgage services outside AZ, he can provide educational guidance on what to look for — but lender selection is entirely the client's choice. Fees charged by any lender are negotiated directly with that lender. Benjamin has no involvement in or control over third-party lender fees.
